The Terramore vineyards are all located on the central strip that runs through the heart of Coonawarra, all the vineyards front the main Riddoch hwy that runs through the center of the Coonawarra wine Region.
All the vines are hand pruned to control bud numbers which in turn will control the cropping level. All vines are cropped at around 5 – 6 tonne per hectare.
Irrigation is sourced via bore from under ground and the average water table depth is 6- 10 meters.
Irrigation is only used when dry hot long periods occur during the summer months to help maintain vine health to look after the fruit.
